Custom Gears
We manufacture custom spur, helical, and specialty gears to tight tolerances for demanding industrial applications. Whether you need a single prototype or a full production run, we cut every gear to drawing and inspect it before it ships.
Shaping
Our gear shaping capabilities cover internal and external gears, splines, and complex tooth forms that hobbing can’t reach. Whether the part calls for a stepped shoulder, an internal gear, or a specialty profile, our Fellows shapers deliver the accuracy and repeatability the job requires.
Splines
We produce both internal and external splines for heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and mobile equipment applications. Our splining work is trusted by OEMs who need accuracy, durability, and repeatability under load.
Broaching
We provide high-precision broaching for internal profiles, keyways, and complex shapes. Whether the part calls for a standard keyway or a fully custom internal form, our broaching capability keeps tolerances consistent across long production runs.
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning capabilities cover shafts, hubs, bushings, and custom cylindrical components across a wide range of sizes. Advanced tool paths and quality equipment let us hold tight tolerances on both prototype work and repeat production.
Milling
We run multi-axis milling for parts that require detailed geometries, tight tolerances, and complex configurations. From housings and valve bodies to gear blanks and mounting components, our milling work handles jobs that single-axis shops cannot.
Drilling
Precision drilling is a core part of nearly every job that leaves our shop. We handle standard through-holes, threaded holes, deep holes, and precision hole patterns to drawing specification, whether as a stand-alone service or as part of a larger machining job.
