Shaping
Our Fellows gear shapers cut internal gears, external gears near a shoulder, and internal splines that hobbing can’t reach, with a shaping stroke up to 6 inches, a capacity many shops in our region don’t have. Whether the part calls for a stepped shoulder or a tight internal profile, shaping gets us there.
